The fuel outlet flange mounted on the fuel tank cracked, which caused a fuel leak that could have resulted in a fire. This has been confirmed by the dealership currently servicing the vehicle. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FILL THE GAS TANK COMPLETELY, AND THE PUMP SHUTS OFF MULTIPLE TIMES DURING THE REFUEL PROCESS EVERY TIME I PUMP GAS. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT ANGLES, DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS, TRIED TO REFUEL SLOWLY BUT IT STOPS MULTIPLE TIMES.
